T'ai Chi Chuan follows three paths of meditation, health and combat. Meditation calms the mind and heart to relax the body and allow a focus on the precise execution of the movements of Chi Kung.This improves health, promotes rejuvenation and strengthens the body. Movements are applied in combat, T'ai Chi Chuan having originated as a martial art.

Based in North London, we practice Yang style T'ai Chi Chuan. We are a friendly group and welcome new students.

I will be teaching two seminars in the North London Buddhist Center in November.

 

Chi gong workshop
Saturday 15 Nov 2pm - 4.30
An afternoon workshop focussing on Chi Gong. A series of gentle movements to relax and heal through learning how to breath properly. The seminar will be based in the Sheng Zhen system of chi kung.
Beginners welcome.
Cost: £20/15

T'ai Chi Workshop
Saturday 29 Nov 2pm - 4.30
Training and applying the principles of T'ai chi chuan practising with a partner, the students will learn to relax and let the energy flow from one to another. We will apply and recognize some movements in the 24 form of t'ai chi chuan.
Beginners welcome.
Cost: £20/15
